All clay, glazes, and firing is included in the price of the class.

School-Year Refunds:

• If a refund is requested with 30+ days advance notice of the class start date, we will refund all but a $50 administrative fee.

• With less than 30 days notice, we can offer a class credit for 50% of the class monetary value.

• With less than two weeks notice, no refund nor class credit is available.

• On a case-by-case basis, we may choose to offer refunds when a student’s seat is able to be used by another student. If caregivers find a replacement, this option is increasingly possible. Please contact us to discuss. In this case a $50 administrative fee will be charged.

Youth Summer Program Refunds:

• Before March 1, a $75 fee will be deducted from all refunds.

• Before May 1, a $150 fee will be deducted from all cancellations.

• After May 1, refunds will only be given if the cancelled seat is able to be filled and in that case, a $75 fee will be deducted from all refunds.
